At ITC Great Plains we are committed to our environmental responsibilities. To that end we pledge:

• Compliance with or transcendence of local, state and federal environmental regulations
• The operation of safe, environmentally sound facilities
• Recognition of our employees’ obligation to stay informed about environmental standards
• Continual and responsible management of wastes and chemicals to avoid pollution, and to reduce their use where and when possible
• Active communication with ITC Great Plains employees and the public about environmental issues
• The recycling of materials; continual improvement of environmental performance, spearheaded by an annual review of the appropriate preventive actions to minimize impacts on the environment
