ITC Great Plains seeks to build a more robust electric transmission system so electric customers will have access to reliable, non-discriminatory, and affordable energy procured through competitive wholesale energy markets.
We believe electricity can be more reliable, less expensive - and cleaner. We transmit electricity over great distances at high voltages - minimizing waste and ensuring more electricity is used when and where it is needed.
We are also committed to supporting the wind energy industry. Kansas and Oklahoma have tremendous wind resources at their disposal. ITC Great Plains will help bring that energy to market - moving the electricity from wind turbine to your community.
